Transfering PAYPAL funds to moneygram'westernunion account

Hey guys.

Are there any LEGIT services that would allow me to transfer money through paypal balance to moneygram/WU accounts ?

Or what other methods do i have?

In my country Moneygram only allows to transfer amount through certain agent locations which is a pain.

I've been also told that it is possible to use a dummy/fake account registered on moneygram global and then use my credit/debit info or even paypal debit....Is this true ? Wouldn't it cause trouble to use a visa/mc debit on an account made for different country?

This site looks legit but has only PAYPAL->WU option:

Dude that's just lengthening the trail. Walking into a store with cash in hand is always going to be best.

You can use dummy accounts but you run into issues when something gets fucked up and you can't get your money back out. I had 3 different cards shut down in the past for fraudulent activity and I lost all funds associated with them.
