i was served with two diffrent lawsuits this weekend.
1. 18k
2 just under 5k.
i am in az. i am worried about filing. i dont make nearly as much as 2yrs ago, when i took the cards out. i was making a good some under the table doing side work and if asked i am unable to prove that the money was made. i currently only make about 40k. my credit about included my side work money i was making.
Im scared that they may try to deem i committed fraud when i filled the app out. i fell behind on the cards do to medical issues a gi bleed in 10/2015 and heart attack 8/16. How is the bk process? How often do creditors contest the bk? im worried they are going to come after my fiance, which.my check goes into her acct(i dont have one of my own). i have a home, which is protectes under az bankruptcy. my fiance was a authorized user only on the accts, are they able to go after her?
