What are the best paid jobs ?

I looked around. Seem like real estate agencies still are on top with transactions and their agents run very expensive cars, therefore they make good money. What did you noticed around ?

I think that this is a pretty hard question to ask..... There are so many well paid jobs out there. but sometimes jobs that you wouldnt expect to be big earners can be.I know a guy who steam cleans carpet that earns more than an average doctor. So I guess that the attitude that you bring to your career can make a huge difference.

Real estate agents? Sure if you are great at what you do and move high dollar listings of course you will have nice cars... There are far more broke as fuck real estate agents than successful ones.


This is what I tell people, follow your passion in life completely and totally. If you are intelligent, marketable, and proficient in regards to your passion you will make alot of money no matter what it is in for the most part... Statistically speaking you won't be those things, and in that case you spent your following following your dreams/passions which is still an amazing thing.

Yes I agree with this post. If you love what you do then your are already successful. You need to be passionate about what your doing. Just finished reading Arnold's latest book and it consistently shows his passion to his work

I mean typically you are already wealthy but $300k is nothing to shake a stick at

Indeed, in my area there are probably only one or two who move high dollar listings often enough to make any money.

not anywhere i know, most make around 30-40k for a regular deputy. in a bigger city like new york i have seen some correctional officers make around 75k but not 6 figures for regular joe police man.


not sure what your area is but i would bet there would be cops beating down the door to get a job making 100,000 a year

Being social is just like anything else man, it takes PRACTICE! I still have to force alot of conversations. Ill have days where I don't feel like talking to a soul and dissapear man... Other days I am talking to people non stop.

Being socially dominant is very important. I've found watching other people that are very social being very articulate really comes from life experience. Go fuck off and travel the world for 6 months and just talk to everyone man honestly if this is a real issue for you.

The perks aren't the salary... Its the speaking engagements for hundreds of thousands-millions per appearance and book deals...

Every cop I know clears at least 100K a year. This is after several years on the force and overtime factored in...


EDIT - Also mostly federal... For local always with major departments or in very high socio economic areas. NOT sheriffs /deputies/etc

thats most likely the reason then, i dont know of any county cops making that kind of money.

Security contracting overseas you can make $140-$150k a year with about 3 full months off a year and spending most of your time overseas working out and playing xbox. Way under 40 hours a week of work total. All this will vary depending on the contract you get on, who your client is, if you are doing static or mobile or training and your location and living conditions.

Wouldn't this most likely require a military or law enforcement background though?
