Mom's Dog has arthritis

My moms dog is a miniature Schnauzer. About 8 years old. long story short was having shoulder pain and Xray showed arthritis.
they live in India, so just bought some Glucosamine, CS supplements from amazon to ship there.
Wanted to send some fish oil too. Any recommendations for doggie fish oil. preferably chewable since the heat may destroy liquid preparations.
