Popped my left hamstring 4 weeks ago deadlifting first rep of 400lb set. I usually do set of 6 to 8 reps and then move up to heavier sets. The floor underneath the rubber matts at the gym where I was working out is uneven and I think that did it.
But anyway I had deep tissue massages and have rested it, when and how should I start to work in with the weights again:banghead:
