Okay so I do sprinting, jumping, and general plyo work to stay in shape and work on explosiveness... Now i'm trying to understand TJM chart for sprints
so i'll just do the chat for the 10s wave
[WAVE] [ACCUMULATION] [INTENSIFICATION] [REALIZATION]
10s hill sprints 10x10yrds,////////3x6x30yrds//////////4x4x30yrd
10x20yrds, 10x20yrds
okay so accumulation sort of makes sense to me you run 10 sprints of 10 yards each then 10 sprints of 20 and another 10 of 20
but what doesn't make a lot of sense is in intensification and realization. Am I wrong to assume the first number is sets and the second number is reps?? I mean do they want me to run 3 sets of 6 sprints per set so 18 total and each one being 30 yards? Am I reading it all wrong?
