What do you guys do about muscle tightness, & endurance training ??
I tried to do some cardio kick boxing the other day, and seriously could not keep up....not due to cardio,.... But..... Due to muscles being tight, like after a few kicks and punches, my whole body just tenses up, WTF !....it sucks
My muscles get tight, and it's really hard to continue....
Best way I can explain it, is my muscles are "hyper-contract able "
While I'm using gear ..... Currently on a cycle of Testosterone 500mg a week
