I am trying to figure out a set schedule Lehrer I can Squat, bench, Standing press, and deadlift, while also walking with 50- 75 pounds for sets on the stair mill twice a week.
I would like to fit in an upper body lift and lower body lift on the same day most work outs but also doubt I could do lower body on days with the vest, so maybe an extra bench and press day?
I would really like to benching and maybe squatting twice a week or close to twice a week.
Any ideas on organizing this?
