So not all the time but if I am sore or not sore but recently even lifted in past few days like squats or deads or bench or anything other not related to biceps, my biceps feel like they are going to rip or the tendons or something will rip on the negative of a bench or dip?
It's like I have to do the negative extremely slow or it feels like something is going to rip in bis? Like 5 seconds down and I can barely get it down, any other day like today non problem?
Any one else have a problem like this? Is it ligaments or the actual muscle or what?
