Belt too tight and dangerous?

So any way besides me having some fat, I squeezed my lifting belt on and I was wearing it a little high so it doesn't hit my knees or thighs and that's where I like it. It seems like my stomach protrudes out the bottom, I don't mean my fat, I mean like whatever is around and below my belly button. Just wondering if I'm gonna end up popping my organs or something? The belt is a notch too tight but plenty of people wear their belts tighter, just for some reason my stomach sticks out in addition to my fat?
 
You want to wear it a notch loose, not as tight as you can tighten it. Should be wore low on the your abs, but not to low as to get jammed in your crease.

More core exericses will keep that gut wall in better IMO
 
Yeah I guess I got too fat for it lol. It's on the last botch but I like wearing it high. Where the bottom is on top of my belly botton

As far as core exercises I literally spend most of my time dead lifting and squatting and so it should be pretty strong. I want to start doing the standing ab wheel but I can only do negatives at the moment and look ridiculous but that shit hits hard like nothing else. Maybe I will but that one they advertise on TV that assists.

Love the ab wheel, planks with my wife sitting on my back and what I call peak contraction planks where I squeeze hard for 10 seconds trying to pull the floor under my elbows and feet toward each other without bending my core are IMO the best core workout movements.

Tight enough to were you can feel your core being compressed but loose enough to be able to function or throw it on and off before and between sets
