Realizing I should probably put this here instead of the main thread.
Compilation of most of the exercises I did this week minus some bicep curls and hamstring curls and stuff. training with higher reps for a while until i'm about 4/5 weeks out from my powerlifting meet. Let me know if there are some other exercises you think I should add in or rep ranges I should change. Most of the exercises were just the last set, i typically do 5 sets of everything.
