He's slowly and steadily improving.

He has a log up at AnaSci with progress pictures and is noting his training and diet.

IIRC, he's taken multiple month breaks in the past a few times. Hope he is enjoying his time away and looking forward to seeing him posting again. Dude has a world of knowledge and wisdom.

I'm doing OK I guess. Thanks for asking. I'm trying like hell to put the weight and muscle back on but because I'm clean as a been it's happening very slowly. Because of the procedure they performed I'm having issues even eating enough to really make things happen. I went from 216 to 152lbs walking out of the hospital. I believe I may have set a PM record for looking worse than any other member in PM that's alive. Maybe I looked this bad during my last prep? LOL.
My log at Anasci is brutally honest and sad at the same time. But it is what it is and I'm living it. My pictures are all there. Warning: Not for the faint of heart!

In general. When little slice didn't post for a week and people were worried, someone nailed it when they said "you know you have a fucked up hobby when you assume someone on here is dead because they didn't post for a week"
