Bangkok Bodybuilding gyms.

Hi.
Spending 8 days in bangkok and 2 in Phuket, Thailand.
Any recommendations for a well equipped bodybuilding or powerlifting type of gyms.
First time there; so figured save some time by asking.

Muscle Factory in Bangkok, the best, most equipped gym here. Lots of competitive BB, strongman and PL's there.

any places to get Bodybuilding friendly food?

Got an Airbnb, its tiny as fuck,compared to the pictures. was planning on cooking it will be difficult to cook.

bro, just enjoy the vacation. that's what vacation are for. I just returned from 2 weeks in Bangkok and 5 days in Singapore.
I checked a few AAS options in Bangkok and a couple of the pharms were stocking a brand called P&G. 50 tabs of Oxandrolone 10mg was roughly $60 USD. 100 tabs of 50mg Oxymetholone was roughly $70 USD. Lots of other places had a lot of proviron and test e in stock. I didn't buy anything, just window shopped.

I am all-ready back in USA. the gym was good but no AC. Hot as hell, when your body is not used to the thailand heat.

it is not that I am dedicated. (I am in the lower tier on this board physique-wise),
it is more that I get depressed if I cant get to the gym. Its that endorphin addiction.
