Beard Balm for growth/softening

Hey guys,

One of my friends makes all kinds of natural lotions and bars for all kinds of stuff, stretch marks, tattoos, nipple lotion for nursing mothers ect.

She sent me some beard balm. Supposed to make the hair softer, stimulate growth, and it's waxy, so it helps to keep it styled.

If you're interested I can report back on how it works. I'm interested in the growth. I am skeptical to a degree. My beard grows very slowly.

Any interest? If not, I'll delete the thread.

I posted the ingredients late. My bad.

My beard grows really slow, so if it does speed growth, I'll notice.

I'll post if/when I notice anything.

It does help keep it neat and clean looking. All the stray hairs stay neatly in place. Smells good too. Smells kind of like pine.

When I shower, I put conditioner in my beard for a few minutes too so this should help as well.

I've been using 1740 beard balm for the last couple months. Really good stuff. Does your friend sell hers? Any info?

This soap is awesome. Best I've used. I've only tried the white one but will order the 3 pack next time. It's a bit pricey but you only need very little and it lathers up crazy. Probably will get 3 months out of a bar.

Honestly balm will help tame it a lot. Also washing it with a soap made for Beards, and not too frequently stripping the oils out. I noticed a huge difference when I started using a dedicated beard soap vs hair shampoo/conditioner.

neat lavender oil is the best stuff ive ever used, wont use anything else.

How is it working jefe? I could really use this for my beard but am still skeptical

Definitely softer and looks better when I use it. The smell is nice too.

I don't go out much, but when I do I use it.

I think it's helping with growth but I'm not 100% sure.

I rub it on the skin/follicles as much as I can. I don't think just putting it in the hair will make it grow faster.

Also, I'm eating healthier so maybe that's a factor as well.

I think it's worth it for the softening, styling, smell, as well as supporting small business verses some made in Asia stuff.
