memory loss and anxiety

I have found something that has really helped my memory loss. Wanted to share with the members. Its called Lions Mane. It has made a big difference. Lions Mane combined with L-Theanine has also helped my anxiety. My anxiety is almost completely gone with this combo. I use real mushroom or host defense lions mane, now brand l-theanine. Hope this info may help.

Do you also feel the lions mane gives you energy? I have a mushroom blend and its definitely stimulating. Im going to have to try it as a preworkout.

I’ve always wanted to try these mushrooms but not convinced they would benefit such as myself. Maybe see if they work on Little Slice😂
 
I have not felt any increase in energy. They do have other mushroom blends for other things. No way would I quit taking those two supplements. Big jump in quality of life.

What dosage do you use for the real mushroom or host defense lions mane?
 
I know Shelby is a big fan of Lion's Mane as well.
I have been tempted to grab some fore awhile now but I swear I had read a couple threads on here discussing some of the negative side effects of its use.
