Ive gone and pulled a muscle in my neck to the point its painful supporting my heads weight. Its right in the upper rear trap/neck ares to the right of the spine...
With this being the case is it suggested perhaps that ice can still be applied to help with reducing any swelling or is it not recommended due to the location and/or because it'll just make it seize up more?? Its worse in the morning upon rising ( i say that but im not flaming sleeping 'cos of it ) and also in the evening when not being as mobile.
