Nah. I just started some clen this week, so I'm going to see how far that takes me. I havent had any sort of appetite for the last 6 weeks so I'm only eating 150 carbs plus 150g of sugar carbs after my workout, so at this point I don't think I need any cardio. If I get my appetite back, I will start eating more so I'll have to do some to keep up my progress.

Thankyou so much. This show means alot to me and I really, really want a top five at the Jr Usa's and I know to do that I'll have to be diced. I know I don't have an aesthetic body or round muscle bellies, but if I'm spot on hopefully the judges will take note of me.

It's funny, but with age I've learned to stay in fairly good shape all year round. It sure makes dieting a whole lot easier.

Last year I was 259 at 8 weeks out and at night weigh in I was 254 so maybe 249 on stage. I grew right into the show. I would really like to do that this year so if I did, maybe 270 at weighins and 264 stage weight. But you know how that goes, I might have to lose alot more weight if things don't go as planned.
