Ok, so i posted yesterday about the deadlifts, well, woke up plenty in the middle of the night and back is much worse than expected.. so everyone heard the loud pop when i was deadlifting, back of right leg went numb for a few seconds then normalized, no pain at all. Finishes workout, no more lower back work though of course, then maybe 4-5 hrs later it began getting tight. By bed time it was gettig sore. When i went to sleep it hurt a bit but was tolerable for sure. Woke up about an hour or so later and it hurt bad, and if moved in a few different positions or do anything wrong, my lower back/hip (its very low back and into the top of my ass) it kind of spasms i guess youd say? When it happens it hurts and wants to give out. When i walk i have to do it very slow and shift all of my weight equally at once to whichever foot i am switching to, if not, it will happen within a couple steps. Bending down hurts, performing a squat motion is very painful..
A few questions... does anyone know enough to diagnose this? Is it something that needs work or that will go away on its own with rest/heat? If i need to see someone about it, what would be my best route? Chiro? To be honest i have no insurance and am in a tight spot right now... so if i HAVE to see someone i will, but id like it to be only one trip instead of a week of getting sent to different places, i cant afford it and i am in pain if it isnt something that will let up... thanks
