How to train rear delt?

So guys, I don't know wich is the best excersise for train rear delt:

I do this excersise for train my front delt:

And lateral raises for train my lateral delt.


Can you describe me some good excersise for train my rear delt?
 
reverse pec-dec or reverse cables work great, I get some proper sore pumps doing that, also get hit doing rowing movements.
 
Yeah, bent over rows hit them good and if you want to isolate then do bent over laterals with cables or dumbell. I really like doing bentover lateral with the cable crossover machine, just put the cable down toward the floor and do them bentover there.
 
I put a bench on a slight incline and lay with my chest against the bench and do rear laterals, and I also do reverse pec deck. Both of those work well for me.

Dumbel press for Front delt
Lateral raises for lateral delt
Bent over lateral raises for rear delt

Do they get hit doing lat pull down?
 
What about upright rows?
 
Probably do on a secondary basis mate yeh (pulldowns), upright rows more medial head and traps...imo

The Mountain Dog Way

Swings 40-60 reps
and
reverse flys on incline bench -40-60 reps
 
theyre more a rehab movement but facepulls blast rear delts pretty good.
 
Reverse pec dec, cables, bent over dumbbell lateral raise. Proper form is what's key, keep arms slightly bent because if you do not you incorporate a lot of tricep.
