True Nutrition's egg white protein when i do have a shake , Team Skip was a favorite but iv realized that whey gives me gas so i changed to egg white. I also use LBA's a good bit just mixing it in with milk or food , i dont even count the protein in that though

Gunsmith, being that whey doesn't sit that well with you, have you tried or considered using an EAA/BCAA drink?
I found that having whole proteins while training was causing some GI distress and have swapped that for EAAs with added BCAAs and a little extra leucine and have since noticed that I no longer have the bloating or stomach distension after training. However, during the day I am fine with whey. It is just while training that I feel better using amino acids.
Have you used pepto pro/casien hydroslate mentalflex? Good stuff, and imho worth a shot over the reg blend of eaa and bcaa for peri training
