I get it as part of a personal blend from custom capsule. Geronova is good too...just buy some empty capsules and fill it to avoid the burn.
I've noticed NA-R-ALA to be better from a blood sugar standpoint as compared to regular R-ALA or ALA...HOWEVER, the anti-oxidant effect of ALA is supposedly greater than that of the NA form.
With ala and its unique ability to recharge/recycle vitamin c and vitamin e, should the user take less of these vitamins?
I commonly take 3-4g vitamin c, and 400iu 2x daily of vitamin e.
It's a potent anti-oxidant and it works really well at blood sugar control.
