Just honest judgement is all. I know I need to lean down and my chest needs work
 
Honest feedback would be you need more size and from comparing your pics from months ago on EBB you need to eat more.

Then again maybe you want more of a fitness look. In that case eat less

lol well bigger/leaner is the goal in time. right now though im focusing on maintaining/leaning up some while cruising
 
More chest, less belly. Sounds like you know that already :) What does your back and legs look like? What are you on right now?

Arms look lean. Looks like you just carry more abdominal fat. More picture angles will help letting you know what to bring up or work on. What overall goal do you want to achieve? How do YOU want yourself to look?
 
You've got decent mass, your abdomen is making you look smaller than you really are. Practice holding your stomach in more while you are sitting down and introduce ab twists after every workout, you need to tighten your waist to make your shoulder LOOK wider. You cant make your shoulders that much wider just through muscle gain on them unless you're going to take HGH + IGF1 + Insulin and get freaky looking.

You look about 11% but you're holding a lot of water and have extremely poor muscle tone/tension in your mid section.

Lots of guys problems can be solved through proper eating. That being said, add some peptides for that BF and you can keep AAS lower that way too.

100 mcg of each 1295 w/o DAC and GHRP2 at 3 to 4 times a day. Throw in 1295 with DAC twice a week at 1 to 2 mg and you will get leaner and put size on. Take on empty stomach Huperzine A at 200mcg, 1/2 hour later your peps, 1/2 hour eat.
