To be more elaborate!
Proviron I take a.m. daily as my anti estro while on low test.
80 grams honey pre w size-on and 30 gms of bcaa +.
10 iu's gh on my way too the gym.
Tottally Anabolic!!!!
 
My pre-workout is a strong cup of dark roast starbucks coffee. All those pre-workout supplements did for me was make me nauseous and sometimes throw up during workouts back in the day.
 
Dbol about 1 hour before training and taladafil ! Pump for days lol

The Cheque drops are awesome but very toxic better to leave that for days planning on super heavy lifts couple reps...I personally love Test Suspension preworkout...it's as close as you'll get to the Cheque drops...

I workout in the mornings which is convenient for fasted peptide / GH dosing...

5am 100mcg modgrf 1-29 & 100mcg ghrp-2

515 5-10iu generic GH

530 cream of rice / black coffee (sometimes w/ mct oil added)
- would also take my orals here if I was using them, i.e. drol or sdrol etc...if I'm using clen (pre-contest) or ECA I'd also take them here

6am arrive at the gym, light cardio warmup then pin suspension and humalog in the handicap washroom

615-745ish...workout, intraWO shake typically has citruline malate, beta alanine along with the standard peptopro or EAAs and HBCDs
 
Great stack above I add adderall too for game time but if your not hydrated dont plan on using your calves haha....
 
I mix my own preworkout with 200-300 mg caffeine + 10 gr. bcaa's 4:1:1 + 4 gr. beta-alanine + 7 gr. citrulline malate + 5-10 gr. glutamine

Methyl Tren is my go-to, but is very toxic. I only use it on my heavy max days every so often. The focus it gives me is insane.

That's about all I use these days as far as preworkouts. I drink a large cup of STRONG coffee. Most preworkouts over stimulate me and leave me wired for hours.
 
Nothing sexy…just a double shot of espresso on the way into the gym and a lot of water, with electrolyte caps (if needed)!

I have to use all my gear post training, i tried the pre workout protocol before with Anadrol and couldn't train due to severe back pump.

I stopped taking Turinabol because of my painful lower-back pump, especially on leg days…even when I'm focusing on keeping my core/abs tight and hydrated! I still get them running Tren A (with test P), but not as bad. The only thing that helps me is to take a 10 minute break from my squat/deadlift sets and do glute/hamstring stretches and an abridged ab workout…then get back into the squat rack. YMMV...
 
Oral steroid, OTC burner like Lipodrene hardcore, whatever preworkout I have laying around, and rice cakes or a rice w/ chicken meal. That does it for me.
 
Insulin and gh preworkout.
Best pump ever.

After a week of drol I can do one arm pull-ups...and get fitted for a bra.

2 tablespoons or 2 teaspoons?

Do you take it right before you enter the gym? How do you have it? Out of the tablespoon or do you mix it with something?
