I remembered years back, i followed Phil's diet plan to eat only when hungry. My macro was 30g protein, 40 carbs, and 10g fat per meal.
Does anyone still follow his principle? Basically, he's against force feeding and is strong believer in listening to your body. But did this work for anyone who is cutting or bulking? Hope you could share your experience.
