I recently started a new job which is much higher pay but is is usually 90 degrees in the building. Because of this I sweet a lot and am drinking constantly and when I get breaks which are only 15 mins every 2 hours. I just can't eat normal meals because I want more liquids and I am not a fast eater. So I have resorted to having protein shakes at pretty much every break. With fruit or vegetables. I am currently trying to gain muscle and in a month or 2 starting dieting for a show. I also suffer from heat stroke and heat exhaustion so I have to keep my liquids high even during winter months.
What I am asking is this going to hurt me gaining wise and fat loss and maintaining muscle when dieting? If any has suggestions that would be much appreciated.
