I have ran 531 for a while in the past and have just picked it up again this week.
I'm doing a bodybuilding hybrid version. As with the majority of his 531 programs you do the first two sets for the prescribed reps (5 or 3) then the last one for at least the prescribed reps if that makes sense. Ie today I did 5 5 5+ (10)
