Not true. Nutrient surplus and calorie surplus are two different things. Growth can mean different things which also brings questions 3 into the equation (building muscle and losing fat at the same time is possible). Then comes supplements to help you utilize the calories you take in better. Then of course drugs... add more in and you should grow even on the same calories. Although anyone who wants to grow optimally should be in a calorie surplus.
2) "you can lose fat unless you are in a calorie deficit"
Same logic as Q1. Although you should definitely diet on the most calories possible and bring them down slowly.
3) "it's impossible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time"
Not true at all. An extreme example would be to put a natural who is a bit fat and never trained on test and tren and have him start training. But even for experienced competitors the same can be done.

If used sensibly DNP is not very dangerous. The main people you heard about dying from DNP are ones that don't understand drugs/bodybuilding (usually women) who will take 5 caps in 1 night and not eat or drink anything. Although some (many) experienced guys still get in trouble by simply being stupid and dosing it at 1g and over. DNP is not very dangerous if you treat it with the respect it deserves. But sure it is super strong so anything 400mg and over could cause problems for some people.
I personally wouldn't recommend more than 300mg per day and to make sure all bases are covered (hydration, anti-oxidants, vitamins/minerals etc). I personally develop allergic reactions on DNP so I am staying away from it. 200mg DNP for 3 weeks should give a 1st time user incredible results if combined with a good diet. I think clen is dangerous especially in the amounts many people use on here.
5) "you can't use insulin without gaining fat unless you stack with HGH"
Nonsense. Most of the time I actually tighten up on slin. So many factors are involved though. It is best used with a HGH booster but it's by no means essential.
6) "Masteron is useless unless you are below 10% BF"
(Does bodyfat have some chemical effect neutralizing it)

Not true at all. All AAS will work for everyone. Although some AAS to "show up more" on leaner individuals. Masteron definitely comes with a cosmetic effect that helps bring out the finishing touches and harden the muscles. But if a guy is fat none of that is going to be seen. It will still add to things and assist in other areas though.
