Anyone ever think about this?
Say you want 50g of protein powder which yields 40g of protein
If you add 50g of protein powder, stir the cup up, theres always residue on the sides of the cup after you drink it
How many grams are leftover? or is it not significant
when you start doing shakes like bcaa, carbs, protein, I'm sure theres some sort of add up on the residue?
I usually just add an extra 2g of powder to counter this but not even sure if it matters
I guess the same mentality happens when you use gear there 0.1cc usually left in the needle,
