Hey guys is anyone familiar with body tempering and have it done to them? I just started having it done by the head trainer at my gym he's a pretty knowledgeable guy not some turd with a 100$ online certificate he went to college and is pretty smart so I trust him. But basically it's pretty intense grueling soft tissue work using weight from kettle bells to roll out your muscles. I've had two sessions so far and want to know if anyone else here has had any success with it?

sounds like some crossfit spin on a deep tissue massage.

My chiropractor , does alot of soft tissue work , mostly around the joints and connective tissue but does dig into the muscles pretty deep as well. Just uses his hands and some metal tools though

ive been doing similar stuff for a long time....

i like to roll my quads out while seated with a 100lb barbell.
its awesome the day after quad training...

youll get 10 guys to re-name it all something different..
say its their idea....

I trust chiropractors about as much as I trust dentists.

Tempering sounds a little brosciency and like a poor mans chiropractor, but hey I guess it couldn't hurt anything.

YouTube Chris duffin Matt wenning. It's no joke.

Dont forget Donnie Thompson. It works very well and there are many benefits to it.

Ya this Is being pioneered by Donnie Thompson and chris duffin makes and sells some of these items for him

Just look up Donnie Thompson and his videos. We have them in 180 lb, 130lb, 90 lb, and 35lb . Great stuff and feels amazing when you are done with a good session.

just checked it out....looks like it hurts

Its agonizing but the relief afterwards is tremendous. Ive been doing it with two kettlebells taped together

hhmmm , i have a piece of 4" , 5" and 6" solid round bar here , i may have to cut a piece of each and give this a shot.
I always just used a rolling pin on my quads and rumble roller for back and hams
