T-4 and sleep.

Anyone else get there sleep cycle get messed up on t-4 @ 100. Ran it for a week and a half. I was was feeling great. ( gh and mk were kicking my ass. Been on for 5 months) then out of know where I started waking up after 3-4 hrs of sleep and struggle to fall back. I take Ambien trazodone and melatonin. Been off for a week now and sleep is a little better but nothing like before? It's says it can case this although I wouldn't think it could at suck a low dose. Wondering if it wasn't t-4.

Yea. I know that's the only way to see. I did January 1. It hard being in Montana not having easy access to testing. I mainly was wonder if t-4 @ 100 messed with anyone sleep patterns.

What was your thyroid panel before you added T4 at 100?
I have hypothyroidism so at 50 gives me normal thyroid levels. I've taken up to 88 and 100 before and couldn't sleep as well. Like Kag said time for blood work

It was good in January. Dam. I'm better just get blood done again

I'm guessing it could have been the T4 since all was fine until you added it. Like the others have suggested,,time for some blood work.
