It's hard to get the calories in when prepping for a Meet so do the Serious Mass with almond milk...ISO 100 use water...Either I do 3 times a day...Serious Mass when prepping for a Meet,and ISO 100 when not...

I prefer to eat my calories, but I do use Phase 8 casein blend for protein pudding (aka protein fluff) most nights. Most whey's won't fluff.
If you are lactose intolerant then whey is not for you. Try any of the vegetable proteins as well as beef protein isolate and egg protein.

That's BS, quality whey isolate is virtually lactose free
that's the thing....
QUALITY whey is hard to come by.....few and far between...
95% of it is garbage
