I have recently cut some stuff out of my daily supplement list. But what follows is the remains. I'd love some opinions on 2 items you would remove (and why). Also, if you notice any dosages or things that dont make sense or are not optimal, mention that too. If you have a suggestion to add, please suggest what to remove in its place. Any critique is welcomed. The goal is to have a smaller, but possibly better, list.

AM – upon rising empty stomach w/ water
LEF Cognitiex - 3 gel caps contains:
Alpha-Glyceryl Phosphoryl Choline (A-GPC) 600 mg
Phosphatidylserine [from Sharp-PS] 100 mg
Brain Shield® (Gastrodin) 50 mg
Vinpocetine 20 mg
Leucoselect® grape extract (seed) 150 mg
BlueActiv™ Wild blueberry extract (fruit) 150 mg
Sensoril® 125 mg
Uridine-5'-monophosphate (disodium) 50 mg
Proprietary NeuroProtection Complex Blend
Perluxan® Hops standardized extract (cones),
Rosemary standardized extract (leaf) 125 mg​

Natural Factors Ashwagandha (Sensoril) 1 cap 250mg
Phosphatidylserine [from Sharp-PS or Serinaid] 1 cap 100mg
Armour thyroid T3/T4 (1 grain equates to roughly 25mcg T3) 1 grain
Vit C (cortisol dampening and in unison w/ NAC) 1000mg
NAC 1200mg
Liv52 (half of the 2 serving cap) 1 cap

(I rotate in various things here depending on what I am doing, I may add a dose of clen if cutting or a nootropic like Noopept, etc.)

After shower, etc. I will have a carbless meal (eggs, shake, etc.) unless cutting or holding and then I will Fast until Noon as part of an IF protocol and only have coffee w/ MCT oil (e.g. Brain Octane). I would typically do some AM fasted cardio during cutting too. No carbs, BCAA, nothing to spike insulin.

I have genetically high cholesterol (diagnosed) on or off TRT and ditched trying supplements that didn’t touch it. Avoided statin and went to the low dose Praluent injectable (brand new non-statin PSK9 inhibitor). 75mg 2x month, halved cholesterol instantly, no perceivable sides.

With meals daily (1st and last meal, spread out)

(2 grain daily if cutting, 1 grain majority of time)

Praluent 75mg SubQ bimonthly
Exemestane (Aromasin) 12.5mg EOD
TRT 150mg Cyp/wk over 2x shots
Armour Thyroid 1 grain year round
GH (official Greys or Nordi) 3-4iu/day

Pre / Intra workout around 6:30pm is the typical Caffeine, Creatine, EAA, Citrulline Malate, Taurine, yohimbine, ephedrine (depending on goals) etc., If it’s a growing phase (vs cutting) I’ll add HBCD carbs.

Jesus Christ that a lot of stuff!!! I basically just use protein powder, fish oil, eaas and karboload now. All that other stuff got to be such a pain in the ass
 
What're the most important that you take and why? Does everything on that list have a purpose, meaning if you were to remove any one thing would it really make a difference? Serious questions as I'm curious. I haven't delved into the health supps yet besides a few basics. Baby steps I guess.
 
D3, a B12 shot once a week, coq10, and fish oil for me.



I use other supplements as needed but the only ones I use every day are the ones I listed.

Dump all the sups in a bucket, mix it up and take a handful daily lol. No way I could remember to take all that
 
Sometimes I forget to take my nolvadex and it upsets me

it is not really needed but if he can afford it with no issues why not and it is actually a good thing to do, it means he is doing alright... I assume he has got a Ferrari or the likes in his garage..

well these supps work for you... OR you do the work

if you lead an active lifestyle...

if you work out twice a day.. long workouts...

try it and you 'll start to sing that song at least for a little while... very clean diet strict though... 35 here
 
Plus my wallet is too small to afford even half of what the op has listed, hahah i wouldnt be able to afford food if i bought that much and id be divorcex

Only thing that I can really see is that that much fish oil with that much krill oil is probably a bit overkill

I realize it's a little obsessive. But lots of guys here take this much. Someone like Dante for sure. I'm sure nothuman and some others guys are close. I'm hoping it's not approaching unhealthy. But that's the reason I'm working to reduce it. I feel like part of it is a subconscious futile attempt to be healthier (heart health) because I'm doing something (AAS) I know is not good for me.

I was really hoping a few members whose opinions I respect would chime in and say "If I had to reduce 2 items, I'd choose X and Y." I'm not looking for debate, you don't have to prove why. Just suggest which 2 you'd cut. I'm not looking for attention,its kind of embarrassing. I'm really wanting genuine opinions on what to streamline out. I used to take more, stuff like Sam-E was in that list for years.

Leaning toward cutting cinnamon as its redundant with metformin and could cause liver stress (in some). It's got to go. Garlic could probably go too. PC is on that list as not really necessary but now I see in trending in preworkouts. ALA/ALCAR is hard to let go but it's on the fence too. Has a great mitochondrial synergy on paper but perceived real world benefits (tangible) are limited.

There is a lot more when you account for shit like pre workout stuff, BCAA, MCT, keto friendly crap, protien, MegaFit meal prep, etc. I'm very supportive of the supplement industry! If I actually bothered to add it all up I'd probably be even more motivated to streamline the regimine.

I'll add I just increased my life insurance again recently and got the highest health rating they have. The guy who did the weight reduced it a bit for me because he said he knew I was lean and in shape but my weight would throw the BMI off (I know him and referred him legal help once). Point is, all vital blood / health markers are now on point. Only thing not perfect is ALT liver enzyme and I think that's unavoidable on a cholesterol medication like praluent. The praluent was even disclosed on the life insurance application.

As slice would say, no bully pls. Just pick 2 to remove and post.
