Hey guys
Been on peptides for quite some time just over 8 months and For the past two months I've put on some weight. Can an increase in gh or igf 1 cause a good 5 10 pounds of water retention? My diets on point and I've slowly been gaining weight week by week and it's getting frustrating.
I've got my bloods done and estrogen is actually low around 17 pg/ml (I've heard the sweet spot is 20-30) and prolactin is 8.9 ug/l ref range is 4 to 19. The tsh was 1 not sure about t3 or t4 but I'm assuming a low tsh is good.
It's just shitty that I keep gaining weight yet my diets been good I eat foods high in k+ and don't add sodium always hydrated. I want to check my cortisol levels though but still I've gained around ten pounds in one month and it can't be fat unless I'm like hypothyroid but that can't be the case
Is it just because my gh levels are high
