Did you get it from a board sponsor? Most likely the same tabs I have. Cut them into 1/4's and you'll have 25mcg's.The tabs I have are 100ug. How does this translate to mcg?

honestly dude, you are not a spring chicken, you don't have the margin for error for this kinda stuff that younger guys do.
IMO, drop everything but the 500mg of test a week.. you are clearly not putting it to good use..
assuming that your diet and training are on point (probably a huge stretch), I would start off at 25mcg a day.... cut each 100mcg tab you have into 1/4.
Diet is good 250 p 60-70 carb 30 fat. Train each body part 2 times a week. I started at 245 35%bf 210 today I plan on contacting Tenny after I finish this cycle I'm on now. I may just hold off on the t3 til then.wow.
