Anyone got any tips or tricks to reduce the stomach churning from preworkout. I use mesomorph but I feel all my pres make my stomach uneasy. Of course take it on a full stomach helps but then I don't feel it. Anyone tried any odd things like tums? Or chase with milk? Anything. Going to try chasing with milk here today will let you guys know
