Sperm Analysis - ZERO SPERM COUNT

So, I went and got the rest done today and it came back with a zero count. NOTHING

I wasn't expecting this. I thought if anything it would be low, and I'd do whatever I needed to do to remedy that.

They said they're going to do a fructose test and get back to me once they get those results.

Trying not to jump the gun and be all fucked about it, as my wife and I definitely want more children.

I'm just trying to figure out what this means. I know it can mean a lot of different things...but my main question is: Based on the fact that I had a zero count, could TRT do that to me? I guess what I'm asking is: Could I come off the testosterone, take the Clomid and HCG, like I was planning on doing if my sperm count was low, to alleviate this issue? Or is the zero count me that indicative of a definite, far more serious issue?

I conceived my last child about three years ago… I've been on TRT for about two years this time… I was running Test, etc. for a long time prior to conceiving him. I laid off the TRT for about three months and conceived him no problem.

Since he was conceived, I've been back on TRT and ran one stack of Test, Mast and EQ. I haven't used HCG or Clomid in a long time, because I never come off anymore.

Any thoughts, suggestions, or advice would be greatly appreciated - Thanks

I think you'll be fine if you stay off the test and run standard pct/babymaking protocol (hcg/hmg/clomid) for a while. There have been plenty of professional bodybuilders who have gone on to have kids years later. Palumbo is an example. But I'm not a doctor...

My sperm count was zero as well when I went to a fertility specialist . I was prescrined hcg and hmg and several months later my wife was pregnant,my son is almost 2 years old now

Same as above. Mine was 100. Was about to do the same protocol prescribed above and my wife changed her mind about a month ago. I actually still have the Clomid and HCG that was sent to me from the fertility specialist. If you're serious about wanting more see a fertility specialist.

That's good to hear. I get scared at the idea of not being able to have kids. Thanks for sharing.

I'm familiar with HCG and Clomid, but what is HMG?

10,000ius hcg split mon-wed-fri and 75ius hmg mon and wed. The hmg was only prescribed for the first 4 weeks and the hcg was prescribed until pregnancy occurred. I personally dropped my hcg dose to 5,000 ius after about 2 months of using 10,000ius/week

Seems like a pretty stupid question bc I'm almost positive I know the answer, but I'm not taking any chances:

HGH doesn't effect sperm count in any way, correct?

Someone here made a post saying their sperm count went from low to normal using only hgh. He posted exact numbers but I can't remember them. I'll be running a fertility protocol in a couple months and plan to include hgh

75 iu's on Monday and another 75 on Wednesday of the HMG?

Sorry ,I meant to write 75ius hmg Monday and another 75ius hmg Friday ,no hmg on Wednesday. So for four weeks you are using 75iu HMG on Mondays and Fridays only. It is used with Hcg ,I would put my dose of hcg in the syringe and slowly squirt it into the hmg vial,then suck it all back up into the syringe and inject .

Mike is the resident Pro Muscle fertility issues expert. I would listen to Mike.

Dave also has similar sort of protocols. he talks about clomid , hcg, hmg. cant remember the dosages.

From what I hear, a weekly combo of HCG and HMG is what is required. (Like the posters above just said.)

Be sure your other health is in good order, though. You need a good multivitamin, fish oil, extra Zinc, folate, and B-vitamins to produce healthy sperm. A good clean diet should help too.

You also need to control any elevated estrogen and prolactin, if you aren't already.
