Open access study published recently, some neat info regarding potential heart benefits of rose hips in an animal model. If your already supplementing with vitamin c switching to rose hips may be worthwhile.

I never buy Vit C if it does not have Rose Hips in it. I get Swansons brand. Slow release 1 gm or 500 mg tablets with rose hips ALWAYS.

slow release cos i dont want it to come out in pee a lot.

I have tried both options and 500 mg ones are better imo. slow release.
