Ldl p are your very low density lipoproteins, known to be atherogenic. ldl c are your large buoyant lipoproteins, not typically associated with plaque formation.

Hdl c and p are your high density lipoproteins. The test for p measures some subspecies that do not show when only checking for hdl c.

Your test looks ok and your not insulin resistant.

LDL-P could be a little better but that Lp(a) is excellent.

Very interesting. Thanks for posting. Im not familiar with these tests, although Im aware of these indicators being as important as the only two conventionally tested (LDL, HDL)

They pretty much make the standard lipid panel completely useless. The VAP test was even better but it was discontinued.

Lp(a) is a key test that determines risk of heart attack. You want this LOW. Mine was 18 last year when I got it tested. It's pretty genetic but also can be lowered with a good lifestyle and supplements.
