ghrp-6 cjc no dac food?

im running ghrp-6 and cjc no dac its been 3 days going well def feel hunger pains. My question is i know eating too soon after administering a dose blunts gh release but without thinking i grabbed a piece of pineapple and ate it will one piece will all the fructose in fruit blunt my last dose i ate it about 7 mins post injection

Eating doesn't blunt gh peps. I always eat since it makes me go hypoglycemic if I don't.

i thought thats why you need to wait 20 minutes to eat once you dose
b/c the pulse lasts 20-30 minutes and according to dat btrue fats snd carbs blunt but dont inhibit gh release in first 20-30 minutes

Did datbtrue have proof of this? The testing that was done here proved otherwise. Fats, carbs, protein none of them effected GH output.

Search Alpha6164 on here, in his thread he tested with and without food and there wasn't a difference.

Ghrp 2 is proven to not be affected by blood-glucose/insulin levels. I don't think they ever tried to figure out if ghrp 6 is or not. Ghrp 6 sucks compared to 2. I don't know if mod grf is affected by food. I still wait the 20 minutes but I guess better safe than sorry. I actually kind of like it since it builds up hunger to crush my meal.

Eat green high fiber veggies or a little lean protein soon after won't kill you. Avoid carbs, sugar etc. I used to get mad cravings for candy bars and carbs at 30 minutes after.
