Rest day carbs

Juat wondered if you have tried the opposite of whats usually suggested ..ie high carbs on rest days to fuel the workout the follwing day?

I always say there's more than one way to skin a cat. I've had success with carb backloading, which is a similar approach.

Probably a mental thing. But feel like a have a better work out with carbs intra pre/post then none or from previous day.
