Depends on genetics. It's also less healthy to cut out all fats.
Do you think 30g is too low? I'd get that mainly from fish oil.
My reason for asking this is because I just cannot bring myself to do another low carb cut. Call me weak or whatever but the low carbs absolutely rape me.

carbs depend about metabolism, if you do or not cardio.....and what you use to cut!!!

Protein and Fats are ESSENTIAL, Carbs arent.
You cannot live without protein and fats. You will develop problems if you follow a low fat diet or without protein.
Fats aid in Assimilation of Vitamins A et D.
Vitamin D is a Pre-hormone. Vitamin A lower Estrogen.
Guys running high carb diet on Gear is why they can do it. Without gear High Carb, low fat is a disaster.
Make sure to always have Protein and Fats in your diet.
