I'm around your age too. Been a Powerlifter, bodybuilder, Trainer, Nutritionist for over 30 years. Using all my powers lol, It's all I can do to maintain. I'm on TRT for the rest of my life which is 200mg cyp EW. I will occasionally up it to like 500, add 200 Deca and 2iu GH daily for 6-8 weeks. Training as heavy as I can 5 day split, really focusing on Chest, Legs, Back I can put on a little size. I'm very blessed, everywhere I go people think I'm in my 40's. I very grateful for my health and fitness at my age.
As far as increasing my gear, I'm super on point with diet and cardio. My BP is excellent, my sugar is excellent, Both cholesterols are good. Even so I am very wary of too much gear. I think older guys should stay away from EQ because it increases your blood thickness.
I would only up your doses a little if you are really healthy!
