Ok so my normal routine is wake up, 40min fasted cardio while drinking bcaas, then 4iu gh and 50mcg t4 immediately following. I then wait 40 min. Have 2 scoops of whey and my cream of rice and PB and head to the gym and lift 30 min after the meal.
My question is tomorrow I have to change my schedule. Which do you think would be better:
Wake up, down BCAAs, head to the gym 40 min cardio then immediately into a quick biceps and abs workout. Then take the gh and t4 right after and eat 30 min later.
Or
Wake up, take t4 and gh, head to the gym cardio and quick workout. Eat immediately after
Or something else.
Have to do my cardio and workout back to back for tomorrow only and don't know how to time the gh and t4, either pre or post.
