Usually gear is made with grape seed oil but recently my dude switched to MIG oil

Plenty of information on it out there, and I know at least one sponsor on here uses it as a carrier. Overall a great carrier oil.

Incorrect. Pharma doesn't use grapeseed. Some ugl's do, some don't.

And it's miglyol. Good carrier if you need something unusual, otherwise too expensive for regular gear.

It's just a carrier.

Learn about its properties and decide if it's for you.

Sometimes you go out of your way to use an expensive carrier that's the latest hot thing around the block and after a while you think "it does the same thing as the cheap sunflower oil I used back in the day".

EO is a problematic compound. It has solvent properties (it will eat up your rubber stopper after a while) and many people are allergic to it.

Miglyol is milder, allergies are unheard of, it's very thin, good solubility, good shelf life.

It's a superior carrier all in all.

for personal experience, can assure you that the butyl rubber cap, no Chinese, does not melt even after 2 years!

Okay. Like I said: use what works for you.

I used sunflower and soybean last time. The amps I buy are peanut or cottonseed.

They all work absolutely fine.

But I hate high concentration gear and don't need my oil to go thru a 29g pin. If you do, you probably need an alternative.
