This is me, after time off from gym.
Reason i asked tenny is because the local IFBB trainer i saw did a 9 Point caliper test for bodyfat and filled a sheet of paper for calculation of bodyfat.
He said i was 20.1% Bodyfat, at 223 pounds, 5foot11.
After he did the 9 point test, he said i had 180 pounds of Lean body mass on my frame and write it on the paper.
He said that if i was do diet down slowly and changed up my diet by his standards.
I would be able too reach 200 Pounds at 10% Bodyfat on 5foot11.Because of my genetics.
He said if your natural 10% Bodyfat is achievable at my age while not being on gear. But i must be precise on his diet.
He said that too Lower body fat easier, If i was to take the AAS route, i would need to get on DHT Derivatives(Like winstrol, Masteron). He didnt recommend it.
