I would use this instead of regular milk. This shit tastes amazing with no bloat and a ton of protein for 4 dollars.

I like to use:
50g banana whey
70g peanut butter
400ml milk
Avocado
Banana
Blend up and gobble up.
It's a good 1,200 calories. Twice a day for health and size.
Can get a little thick.
Any ideas for taste, growth and viscosity?
I have actually done that. Remember Vander that posted on here years ago. Tuna and apple juice in a blender was something he did quite often. I did it more than a few times.Add a can of Tuna?

Yeah....believe it or not, the apple juice masked the taste pretty well. I thought it would be awful. Tried it for the hell of it and was surprised. I could actually stomach it better than some of the protein drinks that were on the market back then. (It was a long time ago).I got mercury poisoning.
But i was eating 1.5 pounds a day.
BUT appLe juice? Really

No bloat? How?
Been using this for awhile when I do have milk. I've never been a big milk drinker...mainly because it used to bother my stomach. Switched to almond milk and never looked back.I would use this instead of regular milk. This shit tastes amazing with no bloat and a ton of protein for 4 dollars.
