Currently been on hrt for almost a year at 175mg test a week.
Had a back injury too so only squatted twice since July.
Time to get the game back on track now.
Plan is this - for 8 weeks -
2.4g test per week
600mg masteron per week
Workout days - 20 fast slin pre and 15 slin post
Hgh 15iu pre (generics)
Food - work up to about 5,000 calories, carbs mostly around training. Macros will be 350/450/200. Prefer slightly higher fats.
Was going to add in tren but not keen on how I feel on it. Avoided orals too. Will take hawthorn, policansol, matador, for health.
What could I switch up if anything?
