My reasoning is arms, back and legs are getting hit every 72 hours. I will probably do a few sets of CGPB/dips 2nd arm day to tag chest with 1-2 sets
I’m happy with my overall size, just wanting to bring up lagging BPs now. I’m 5’10 204 with veins peeking out of my obliques.
Is this dumb?
