Hi all

Wanting to try MK677 for the first time was thinking of adding it in pre bed at 10mg. Heard it helps sleep and at a lower dose wont cause too much bloat - what sort of time do you take it pre bed to get the benefits?

I actually take it eod. The other days I take low dose hgh in the mornings.

If your diet and/or cardio is on point. There should be little to no bloat whatsoever.

ride it out, with a good diet it will subside

currently doing little to no cardio taking 25mg mk (somatozine) 5x per week and 12.5mg the other 2 days per week and im not bloated at all.

The bloat reduces gradually over time if diet is clean.

LMAO i had to drop it and a few other sarms to figure out why i was so bloated. I made Phil heaths gut look small LOL not really but it felt that way

I'm lucky enough to not have bloating issues. In getting ready to start logging Mike's MK in the next week or so. Just getting other things straightened out first.

But I will do 12.5 daily.

After about 3 weeks at 12.5mg of MA labs products I don't notice any bloat.

I'm at day 4 at 12.5 and its pretty good stuff. haven't had any bloating at day 4. I m impressed with it. I also take it pre bed, maybe 30min to an hour and I sleep like a baby.

My current "stack"

12.5 cap of MA's MK-677 (2.5mg of melatonin included)
50mg diphenhydramine
10mg ambien

45 minutes - 1 hr before bed.

During this time I try to avoid texting old girlfriends and staying off Amazon lol

I dont bloat on MK, but the lethargy is crippling for me. Walking 10 feet or more and im dying to sit down. Even at 12.5 its just too much. Bummer too because the pumps are insane.

Elvia has this problem. He uses 5mg. Try lowering your dose and only take it before bed.
