What are you asking there? Also if you want any advice you are going to have to be much more detailed, how old are you? what does your training look like? what are your stats? What does your current meal plan look like ( breakdown the macros per meal, and total for the day )? Let me ask you a question, how many calories should i be eating to maintain? to gain lbm? to lose fat?
